La mayor\u00eda de los contratistas destacaron el papel de los supervisores y la importancia de que los propios trabajadores participen en los programas de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores fue un factor crucial para el 84% de los contratistas. El 83 % tambi\u00e9n coincidi\u00f3 en que era fundamental contar con supervisores con buenas habilidades de liderazgo. A esto le sigui\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n regular <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehstoday.com\/construction\/article\/21122238\/the-importance-of-supervisors-and-safety-culture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reuniones de seguridad<\/a> (82%) y el acceso continuo a capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad (77%).
