Para alcanzar su objetivo, debe actuar de manera estrat\u00e9gica. Por ello, la Fiscal\u00eda ha establecido como prioridad clave la divulgaci\u00f3n entre los empleadores. A los empleadores reincidentes que infrinjan deliberadamente la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo se les impondr\u00e1n multas elevadas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los trabajadores sufren lesiones en el trabajo debido a que sus empleadores no cumplieron con las normas de la OSHA, pueden tener derecho a solicitar <a href=\"https:\/\/aldlawfirm.com\/es\/abogado-especializado-en-indemnizaciones-laborales-en-pittsburgh\/\">indemnizaci\u00f3n por accidentes laborales<\/a> prestaciones para cubrir los gastos derivados de sus lesiones.
