Cuando la muerte es consecuencia de un accidente catastr\u00f3fico causado por la negligencia de un tercero, en Pensilvania existen dos figuras legales que permiten indemnizar a la familia por la p\u00e9rdida: las demandas por muerte por negligencia y las demandas de supervivencia. Dispone de un plazo de dos a\u00f1os a partir del fallecimiento para presentar una demanda en virtud de estas leyes.<\/p>\n<h3>Reclamaciones en virtud de la ley de homicidio culposo<\/h3>\n<p>Una demanda por muerte por negligencia indemniza a los seres queridos de la v\u00edctima por la p\u00e9rdida econ\u00f3mica que sufren a causa del fallecimiento prematuro de esta, e incluye el da\u00f1o emocional y psicol\u00f3gico.
