David Ira Ainsman

Biografía

David I. Ainsman, now retired, co-founded our firm along with Partner Richard Levine in 1993 and served as the firm’s President until retiring in 2022. Throughout his career, he practiced in a number of areas to meet the needs of clients in the Pittsburgh area, including civil litigation and appeals, legal malpractice, business and commercial law, and more. Today, the firm practices primarily in the field of personal injury law.

Mr. Ainsman graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1977 and earned admission to the U.S. Federal Courts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in the same year.
