Mark S. Mislanovich

Biography

Mark is a partner with the law firm of Ainsman Levine, LLC. He devotes 100% of his practice to representing injured individuals and their families in personal injury, workplace injury, wrongful death, product liability and various other civil litigation matters. Mark has been selected by his peers as a Pennsylvania Rising Star/Super Lawyer. Only attorneys that have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement are selected as Super Lawyers. Specifically, Rising Stars represent the top 2.5% of outstanding lawyers in Pennsylvania under 40 years of age.

Mark has also earned certification status as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Less than 220 lawyers in the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have earned this certification, which requires extensive experience in workers’ compensation litigation and passage of a certification exam focusing on workers’ compensation law, rules and leading cases.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was selected to become a member of Pitt’s Law Review. Selection to a law review is one of the highest scholarly accomplishments a law student may obtain. Also during his time in law school, Mark was the recipient of the CALI Award for the highest grade in his Estates and Trusts course.

Throughout his career, Mark has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients in settlements and awards. Mark previously worked for another Pittsburgh-area personal injury firm and then successfully founded and ran his own firm for several years. It is this tireless dedication to his clients that has earned Mark the honor of having many of his former clients routinely refer him the cases of their friends and family.
